Returns & Exchanges
At Chado Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened tea and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages once the seal is broken.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused, unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is protected from moisture and damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our tea masters inspect the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
